My hot water heater rusted out and was leaking. I called Shamrock plumbing, explained my problem and they fit me in on the very same day. They arrived at my home within 2 hours. They were extremely courteous and professional. They drained the old water heater. And before carrying it out through my house (the only way to get it out, since it did not have an outside access) they laid an aisle of heavy duty paper to protect the carpet. They worked quickly and efficiently installing a new unit. And I had hot water within a few short hours! And Mitzi, who answered my initial call, is also an excellent representative of this company. I highly recommend Shamrock Plumbing!!
Shamrock did a house repipe without a permit. They took down walls from the floor to the ceiling. And drilled holes in the side of my bathroom cabinet to put the pipes through which are on the outside of my wall. I can't get it inspected because there is no permit and they will not get the permit. I paid them $6270.00.
Shamrock caused a bigger problem than what I had and wanted to dig under my house and dig up some of my flooring for almost $18,000. Called another plumbing company they fixed it for a little over $400. In talking to Shamrock a few days later they said we should return your money. I'm still waiting.............one way for them to be sure my check had cleared.
Great company, I had the pleasure of working with Bobby and Jeff on a new home build here in Naples. They were at the job everyday on time, fully equipped and ready to work.
