The residents of Naples are very fortunate to have a group of citizens that generously give of their resources to preserve the footprints of mankind. I find history to be such a unique area of study due to the various perspectives that individuals contribute to enlighten those who are open to listen. We can only move forward in this journey, however learning from our civilizations past can greatly influence the direction of the footprints we leave for others to learn from in our future civilizations.
I was not sure what to expect because the building was not a typical museum style but I was very well done. We got an excellent guided group tour by a very passionate guide that brought everything to life. A moving experience. The displays were very interesting and informative. Well worth the time.
I encourage all to visit, experience, and learn about this reality.
Very nice museum with a very interesting presentation by the Docent. Very informative and a couple of hours Very Well spent.
One of the best presentation we have ever seen!
I have not attended this location . I look forward to visiting in the future. A few years ago I visited the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC. I have also visited the "Boxcar" at Lehigh Senior High School in Lehigh Acres FL. I am very greatful there is this museum in Naples, FL. I am originally from Philadelphia, PA . I used to live within a mile from about two synagogues. My mother has witness to meeting holocaust survivors with the concentration camp tattoo marks.
