They were efficient, prompt, careful packing and unpacking, and friendly. Had an episode where an article was misplaced. It was solved in a timely manner.
Fantastic job, from wrapping every piece of furniture to carefully placing each piece of furniture where I wanted it- start to finish. I was in a pinch for time and they worked with me to make it work on the day I needed in the timeframe I needed. Their employees are efficient and courteous. Highly recommend for anyone looking for movers! Thank you Rice team- you made my move much less stressful!
Rice's packed up my entire condo while a renovation was being done and brought everything back when finished. Nothing broke, nothing was missing, everything was in the same condition as when it moved out. Staff was courteous and responsive. I recommend the firm highly.
