Fast easy ticket purchase and seat reservations. Love that you can flavor your own popcorn with buttery and various seasoned salt. The reclining stadium seats are roomy and comfy as well.
My favorite theatre in Naples. Small but big on amenities. They have added some screens and put in really comfortable reclining chairs. The older section has wide reclining chairs and room to walk around them when reclined.
Very nice location. Clean seating, and fast service on the snacks.
Great service...good food..fun atmosphere..awesome drinks! BTW my friend fell in the parking lot and staff was there immediately to help her and tend to her needs...job well done!
I only get one day off of every 14, so with great anticipation I went to see Wonder Woman at the Paragon in Naples. I found that they were only accepting cash as the debit system was down. They had no backup plan as I have seen at other retail establishments. No ATM, and no manual slider to run the old style carbon forms. I was told the nearest ATM was a block away and I realized I would be hit with an additional $3.50 charge for using an ATM that was not my bank. If their credit card processor has no backup plan, I hope they are writing a check to Paragon for all the business they lost. Exorbitant concession prices, popcorn flavoring that makes you sick and being forced to watch ads before your movie. It's no wonder people are avoiding the theater in favor of Netflix. Terrible customer service.
