This facility has the rudest group of people. Their customer service is awful.
Overall not a very good water department. Adequate and gets the job done, but are very lax in their metering, regularly overcharging (never undercharging)... in emergencies have NO backups. Considering what they charge and the high wealth of the entire community, I find is all quite amazing. Second class at best.

Perhaps the worst people to deal with and they act as a second rate organization. A check gets lost in the mail and they immediately shut off the water. When I speak to a representative, the guy has no people skills. He finally transfers me to someone who at least has enough sense to apologize.
I agree with these other comments. The receptionist doesn't know how to determine what dept. to send me to when I tell her I need the water report on my new well. wouldn't even give it one star.
