I looked up on the Internet the hours of the Vanderbilt Beach library and it said it opened at 9:00. I went over there at 9:00 and the door said it opened at 10:00. There were several staff members there and the door was opened, but I was informed that they would not open until 10:00. When I explained what the Internet said, they did not believe me. There was no apology or friendly speech regarding this incident. While leaving, I ran into another person, there because he thought the same thing. This caused me a problem, as I needed some very up to date information to present to the members of a meeting I was to attend at 10:30. If your Internet had the correct information, I would have had time to go to another library branch, but I had no way to verify if the information you provided on the Internet was correct for any of them either.

Books were meant for the beach and it's best when you can rent them for free. I also recommend that you bring the kids here to grab some books too. You may be on vacation but don't let learning end. We also utilized the free movies too because you never know when rain will hit and it's great to have a backup plan when you move the beach party inside. Reading is knowledge and I love that people still read from a real book and not a digital device.
