I strongly recommend Robert. An excellent experience from start to finish. Robert's knowledge and experience was extremely comforting and he took care of my case professionally. Most significant to me was being able to reach Robert at any time on his cell phone for advice or assistance, and he was always extremely prompt in responding to emails.
I got into an accident with my children. My eldest daughter who was also in the accident turned 18 soon after the accident. After I explained my case to Robert Gluck, I was pleased to hear he didn't rush my off the phone like other attorneys did. Other attorney's said there was nothing they can do and didn't bother to ask any questions!! Robert asked questions to better understand the accident and who was involved, provided me with ideas on where to look and what to obtain to see if there's a case to be opened. While I haven't officially hired him yet, he did what no one else did which was listen and provide me suggestions and ideas. Once we complete our due diligence we will definitely be back to him. After speaking to him, I can tell he is knowledgeable and cares about his clients. I would definitely recommend him to any friends/family.
I hired Mr gluck who had consulted with me the entire time & used me to boost the value of the case. He never met my daughter for the duration of the entire case, didn't even bother to send flowers to the intensive care unit where I slept in a chair watching over my daughter for a week.
CAUTION to ALL PARENTS: This lawyer will manipulate you, Persuade you to make costly medical decision to boost HIS bottom line, make you run around town running errands on your dime & time, then when he settles the case...HE WILL TREAT YOU like he doesn't know you & do everything to cut you out of your child's life over MONEY!
Robert did an awesome job for me. I was injured in a rear end crash and Robert got me a great cash award, after being hospitalized for a week from the crash and after spending two years in a cetvical collar! I definitely recommend Robert Gluck.
Wow, what can I say. The experience and aftermath of getting in a wreck is daunting to say the least. Not only was Rob able to settle the case quickly, he save me money on the front end through proper advice! Their network of trusted health professionals was invaluable. Once the case was completely settled (thanks to all the footwork I did) & I had successfully put a $260,000 settlement on his lap, this SOB did a 180 turn on me (his client) went behind my back to purposely cut me out, consulted my now 19 yr old daughter (who was now living in another state) who had never hired him or met him in her entire life, sent her the settlement & ordered her not to talk to me or give me any money.
My daughter disappeared & I have not seen her since. The icing on the cake is that he did this right at Thanksgiving. He specifically told me he wanted to make sure I didn't go "Holiday shopping" with the money.
I contacted Robert regarding a family case recently. I did read the previous review left but still called and I am glad I did. (I found it odd that a mother would be so upset about the daughter actually winning a settlement but I guess it was because the mother didn't receive the money herself.)
