Berkshire is the worst cleaner in my area. You can expect; rude/lazy staff, very high prices, terrible hours, and 4-5 working day turn around. Tried them 3 times. Today 6/21 I rushed over after work (because they close at 5) and stood at the door at 5:01, the blonde lady just shrugged her shoulders. Never again!

Nasty staff, lousy service. They offer a 10% discount for pre-paying laundry upon drop off, but you have to wait while they log in your clothes by color to get the discount. Absurd. Save time and frustration and take your business to a cleaner that actually WANTS you business and money. AVOID this crappy place.
The staff is very professional, excellent customer service, very good job of cleaning ironing and embroidery, thank you very much to this place for its incredible service I recommend 100%.
