I had never had a complain up until now. Anyone would think that they can get the proper care when they go into a business , however that wasn't the case. A gentleman asked for my help because he didn't know a lot of English, frustrated because a machine had taken his money . I tried to help by explaining what happened to the manager (the machine had clogged). He said he could only return the money that had deducted and I told him he had inserted more than what the machine needed, and there was witnesses . He told me the owner was the only one with the key and so I called the owner and he told me he was in cape coral so it would take him well over an hour to get here. I asked if he could somehow refund him so he can finish washing his clothes and he responded with what seemed like sarcasm, "if I can have his address I can send him his $6 back." If you own a business please try to be more responsible , first if all your manager should have a spare key and second try to deal with small problems like this correctly . Feeling very disappointed of how this was not taken care of. Sad, but will be my last time supporting this business.
