Their Produce is great, fresh & clean to view!
It can be congested and it isn't the cleanest place. The meats are in poor condition and by the way...the customer service is poor. They can be rude especially the management. And because of the person I dealt with, a manager who is a female on 11/22/2017 at 1:45. I will NEVER return again. Making a complaint with the city and state.
I am giving a 3 Star review for Cleanliness.
One day I hope to purchase fresh meat, until they clean up I will only buy frozen! Hoping it has remained frozen the entire stay at their store!!!
Today I bought a frozen Whole Rabbit $7.50 which IS A Great Deal!
Very nice people, mostly directed to nations south of our border and Caribbean islands, has most of our standard items. Excellent deli meals, especially Cuban sandwich, authentic.
They put security guy at the entrance and is harassing people if you have a bag that you just shop in another store. Been going to the store for over 2 years and they treat you like a thief as soon as you walk in and the manager comes and argues that you can’t have a bag and shop in the store. Terrible, terrible insinuation that you will steal in their store as soon as you come in. There is no sign on the doors or anywhere - that walking in with other store merchandise or a bag is not allowed. Will need personal apology before I ever go back.
This is a big Supermarket almost like Publix but the variety of latin food they have a deli, produce, meat counter and fish. Prepacked meats, everything you can find, Goat, Chicken feet. Pork Picnik neck bones meats you would not find in an American store. It is very clean and well stocked.
The Meat/Fish Department is extremely sketchy! They have made strides recently, as today I made my first meat purchase! I was definitely afraid to eat their meat previously as being a Chef myself, I Know Things!
They get three stars for produce, variety of products, they still need to keep upgrading their Meat & Fish Department it is still sketchy but getting better every visit!
