We had a very unprofessional experience using International Florist. The flowers we ordered were NOT what we received. When we tried to communicate with them they were very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible customer service and to make matter worse FTD didn't help either.
My mother in law called this florist who delivered and the man proceeded to yell at my mother in law and hung up on her.
Horrible Experience.
I ordered a mother's day bouquet from FTD and they outsourced to this company in the Naples, Fl area. My mother in law received a grocery store 12.99 equivalent bouquet when I requested a 55.00 bouquet. The colors were not even close nor the flowers I ordered.
