RIP-OFF! Once again, same exact issue as Philip. No flowers and always get voicemail. Stay away from this SCAM! "May" must be the owner since I can't imagine anyone getting good, helpful service from this place.
I had the same issue as Philip. I placed the order. Received a confirmation and never got the flowers delivered. I have repeatedly tried to call and all I get is a voice mail box for a number that ISN'T the same as the one I dial. Beware!
Nicely arranged, but the flowers were not the kind that I ordered, so it didn't look like the picture.
I ordered flowers to be delivered in naples on mothers day and they were never delivered. I received a confirmation through email and everything. every time i call them, i get a voice mailbox that says it is full. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!! I have not received a refund.
