On November 22nd Juan came out to take a look at a job that we need done in our office. (We need 4 cubicles hardwired) I was surprised that as he was leaving, he did not leave a quote with me. Instead he said he would send one over the following week. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, I waited until Tuesday before following up with a call. I was told by the receptionist that the quote was not done yet. I called back on Thursday morning and a gentleman by the name of John answered. I explained that I had been waiting for over a week. He seemed a bit flustered, as I could hear phones ringing in the background, and he asked if he could call me right back. I waited until 3:30 and still no call back, so I called back again. This time I spoke to another receptionist who was very sweet, but couldn't find our paperwork and also said she would have to call me back. Usually when a business or anyone for that matter wants a job done, they get two or three quotes. I have had several quotes for various jobs in our office lately, and they have all been provided on the spot or within a day and with a lot of follow up. My experience with A/C started off good, but after Juan was here, it all went down hill.
Frank arrived right on time and did a great job installing our chandelier. We plan to do more business with A/C soon.
Scheduled an appointment for 1:30 and they no showed. At 2;30 i called them. Their response was it would be another hour. No heads up explaining that they were running late. No concern for me. I now have concern for them. I cancelled the service to get to a company that cares.

Basically during Irma I needed an electrician. So I got someone else. They directed me to issues that I specifically asked the technicians at this company to fix or make sure they were up to code or needed/wanted fixed. Long story short they didn't tell me the truth. Please do not contact me. It is ridiculous what I went through with this company before I got this new info.
