My hairdresser cut herself while doing my hair. She had to ask around for bandaid (salon should have accessible first aid kit handy). Then I discovered that I was supposed to go home with wet hair - although noone had even suggested that at the time of making the appointment. The owner was less than cordial upon my departure because my hairdresser was behind her tight schedule due to her injury and the time required to cut my hair. She is too good to work in a place like That!
My favorite salon in all of Southwest Florida! Coming from New York/ New Jersey, I have very high expectations of how I want my hair done. Both Mercedes and my colorist Christina went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of the salon looking and feeling like a million bucks! Very professional and knowledgeable!

My mother is a beautician in town, but wasn't available to do my hair. This was the first time I get my hair done by someone else. Going out of town tomorrow, so I was in desperate need of help. I walked in feeling very nervous and with lots of anxiety. The gentlemen that greeted me gave me lots of peace and comfort. He explained Vicki has lots of experience and is a good listener. I soon realized that he was right. She is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and very patient. Great salon! I truly recommend it. What a wonderful experience....Thank you.
